Meal 1: Crackers and PB, coffee.

Meal 2: strawberry yogurt

Meal 3: potatoes, carrot salad, beet and egg salad

Meal 4: pizza from last night

Meal 5: wine, choc chip cookies, pasta with chard, tomato, etc.
