- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup water
Blend in food processor (or whisk by hand).
Comments: Good dressing. I ate it with green salads, it’d also be good over cooked veggies.
