Breakfast: Chickpea spread with 2 slices WW bread. Coffee.

Snack: Activa Yogurt

Lunch: Lettuce and tomato salad, wheat roll, hard-boiled egg, honeydew

Snack: Tasty bites with 2 1/2 slices WW bread. Wine, vanilla wafers. Doritos, diet coke, rum and crystal light, Toblerone bar

Dinner: Brown rice pilaf with homemade tomato sauce and cheese
