Eating with El Bohío/Host family (July 2008)

Day 1: Sandwich (cheese and tomato); empanadas, roasted potatoes, green salad

Day 2: Pumpkin gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce; caprese salad with pumpkin raviolis and mushroom sauce (restaurant)

Day 3: Cannelloni (stuffed with ricotta) and carrot salad; tarts filled with pumpkin, topped with a slice of tomato and bit of cheese, potatoes, green salad

Other common foods: Stuffed squash (veggies and/or rice); spaghetti with cheese sauce; spaghetti with tomato sauce; cheese soup with empanadas; vegetable soup with spaghetti with sauce
